(More customer reviews)We've had the Travel Time tent for 3 years and it has been loads of fun for my two boys (now ages 3 & 5) plus the cats...Not a good plan for rolling and they broke a pole but I was able to contact the company and they kindly sent me two replacement poles.I'm not sure who the other reviewer spoke to, but the woman who helped me was extremely kind and made sure I was getting the right sized poles for my tent.It was a lot cheaper to spend $16 for new poles than $40-$45 for a new tent!
